White Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe

The white chocolate ice cream or Galak that takes me back to my childhood days was the chocolate with the dolphin advertisement and the chocolate bar inspired me to create this ice cream.
Simple to make and very nice in appearance if you use a silicone mold.

Ingredients to do an amazing white chocolate ice cream:

– 5500 grams white base (the recipe is optimized for my recipe of white base, if you want it contact me privately)
– 500 grams of white or Galak chocolate chips

Heat your white base with chocolate to 55 degrees and then stir.
For presentation I recommend a chocolate bar-shaped mold (as shown in the photo).
Remove the white chocolate ice cream and flatten it, fill the mold separately and place both in the blast chiller.
When the white chocolate ice cream contained in the mold has become hard as a stone, remove it from the mold and add it to the ice cream.
With a certain visual impact and low cost, white chocolate ice cream cannot fail to appear in your shop windows.
