Melon Sorbet

A great ice cream classic brought to your tables is melon sorbet, very simple to make and difficult to forget.
Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of melon (find them super sweet)
  • 200 sugar
  • 500 water

Clean the melon by removing the skin and seeds. Mix everything with the blender until the sugar dissolves completely and be careful to chop the melon pulp and place in the ice cream maker.
Once ready it is very good on its own and if you like drown it with vodka for a refreshing and alcoholic effect!
