Melon Ice Cream Recipe

The recipe for melon ice cream should be made in the melon season when they are beautifully sweet and give off their typical scent. Don’t be a goat by using the various ready-made pastas, use fresh fruit!
To make it really good you will need sweet and fragrant melons; I personally love the orange ones but this recipe goes well with all types of melons so experiment!
I will give you my recipe for making a porcelain melon ice cream.

Ingredients :
– 2400 grams of melon
– 600 grams sucrose
– 200 grams dextrose
– 50 grams glucose 30de
– 300 grams Aromitalia DBF Super 100 tuttovegetale base
– 650 grams of water

First, cut and clean the melon, removing all the seeds, put all the ingredients together and blend until the pieces of melon are no longer perceptible and must be transformed into a puree.
Stir and remove. You can embellish it with one or two slices of melon
