Ice cream: strawberries and pineapple recipe
A delicious recipe for preparing an exquisite strawberry and pineapple sorbet.
The characteristics of both fruits blend into a new unique, refreshing taste. If you want to drown it, use Vodka too!
Here are the ingredients for the strawberry and pineapple ice cream recipe:
– 1000 grams of strawberries (I prefer frozen ones or if you want fresh ones) that taste like something
– 700 grams of pineapple
– 366 grams of Aromitalia DBF Super 100 all-vegetable fruit base
– 735 grams Sucrose
– 246 grams dextrose
– 122 Grams glucose 30de
– 1932 grams of water
Clean the fregole and pineapple well and add all the ingredients, blending them properly.
Place in the batch freezer and mix.
As a presentation, I recommend extracting the strawberry and pineapple sorbet with nice tufts and embellishing the surface with strawberries and pineapple.
If you want to present something alternative, try selling it as affogato with vodka!
