Banofee ice cream recipe

One of the flavors that sold the most in my ice cream shops in Greece was the Banofee flavor, a sluttily dirty flavor that sold itself.
Ingredients:
– 5500 grams of white base mix (the recipe is optimized for my recipe of white base, if you want it contact me privately)
– 150 grams of sucrose
– 150 grams dextrose
– 5 very ripe bananas from Chiquita or Dole

Once the ice cream is finished:
– Coverage “that” of Mec 3 or similar to caramel toffee

  • Digestive Biscuits
  • Nutella
    – Dried bananas sliced as embellishment

We freeze our ice cream and spread the first layer and mix in some Digestives biscuits and Nutella very well and cover well with the Mouth candy topping. Let’s then put the second layer with some nice showy tufts and then put it in the blast chiller.
Once the first layer has solidified, we will add Nutella, Mou topping, crumbled biscuits and pieces of Digestives, Nutella and dried banana slices as an embellishment.

I recommend you try it and it will certainly become one of the most requested flavours.
