Banana ice cream sorbet recipe

A delicious fruit is the banana which, when turned into sorbet, tastes awful!
Unlike what is believed that you need beautiful bananas to make sorbet, they will be super ripe, even a little dark are fine because they will release a lot of flavor.
Personally I only like Chiquita and Dole for my banana ice cream.
DO NOT USE BANANA PASTES OR DYES!

The ingredients are:

  • 1350 grams of bananas
  • 300 grams of Aromitalia DBF Super 100 tuttovegetale fruit base
  • 650 grams sucrose
  • 150 grams dextrose
  • 1750 grams of water

Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces, add all the other ingredients and blend and stir IMMEDIATELY so that the bananas do not oxidize.
Whip up your banana sorbet and… enjoy your meal and happy sales!
