Salted Caramel Ice Cream Recipe
A truly delicious classic salted butter caramel flavor that will win over everyone who tastes it!
- 1100 grams of white base mix (to be requested privately) feel free to use yours but the recipe is optimized on my white base.
- 40 grams of Gelatitalia caramel paste
- 40 grams of cream for balance
- 10 grams butter (do not blend into the mixture)
- 4 grams salt
Blend everything together and heat to 55 degrees, adding the butter which will melt.
Mix and extract with nice tufts and place in the blast chiller. Embellish the caramel ice cream with “quellot” from mec 3
