Caramel ice cream recipe
A very good and very economical classic caramel pudding flavor that will always sell a lot is caramel ice cream.
– 5500 grams white base mix (to be requested privately) feel free to use yours but the recipe is optimized on my white base.
– 200 grams of Gelatitalia caramel paste
– 200 grams of cream for balance
Blend everything together and if you can heat it to 55 degrees which will release much more flavour, otherwise it’s fine too.
Mix and extract with nice tufts and place in the blast chiller. Embellish the caramel ice cream with “that” from mec 3.
