Ice cream: Cinnamon, candied fruit and chocolate recipe

A cinnamon, candied fruit and chocolate ice cream that is very simple to prepare and will addict many of your customers.

Ingredients:
– 5900 grams of white base mix (to be requested privately) feel free to use yours but the recipe is optimized on my white base.
– 16 grams of ground cinnamon
– orange candied fruit
– Dark chocolate for stracciatella (spicy)

Blend the white base with the cinnamon and mix. In the meantime, melt the chocolate for the stracciatella and cut the orange candied fruit into small pieces.
Extract and distribute the candied fruit in the first layer and also add some melted chocolate, then second layer and do the same thing!
