How much do you like chocolate ice cream?
Let’s learn how to make excellent chocolate ice cream in your home ice cream maker!
Here are the ingredients:

  • 600 grams of whole milk
  • 100 grams of cream
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 100 grams of cocoa
  • 50 grams of dark chocolate
  • 50 grams of 55% dark chocolate chips (to add to almost ready ice cream)

Place the dark chocolate in a bain-marie to melt.
Take all the ingredients and blend them, then add the melted chocolate and blend everything.
Then put it in your ice cream maker and when the ice cream is almost ready, add the chocolate chips and… enjoy your meal!!
For a more intense flavour, once the ingredients have been blended, I heat them to 85 max 95 degrees. NOTE: you can only do this if you have a self-cooling ice cream maker which will take much longer to cool and produce the ice cream.
ATTENTION: if you put the boiling mixture in the ice cream maker if it is not self-cooling, THEY WILL NOT GET ICE CREAM… you would immediately run out of cooling capacity
