I have opened and managed three ice cream shops on Rhodes Island and I have put aside the experience that will help you without driving you crazy in opening your own ice cream shop!
First we will analyze together the location, the size of the shop and your needs. If we decide that the shop and location are suitable, we will make a list of the machinery you will need and we will look for them together, new or used.
We will have to draw up a list of winning flavors among my 120-odd super tested ones and we will open your ice cream shop together.
