Kiwi sorbet
Do you want to surprise your friends with a kiwi sorbet? First you need ripe, sweet Kiwis NOT the hard ones like stones.
To make a tasty kiwi sorbet you will need:
- 300 grams of kiwi
- 200 grams sugar
- 500 grams of water
Remove the peel of the kiwis and cut them into pieces, add the water and sugar and blend until the sugar has dissolved.
DO NOT blend at too high a speed and avoid destroying the kiwi seeds which otherwise will cause everything to thicken creating a sorbet horror.
Once mixed everything, put it in your ice cream maker and enjoy when ready
