Ice cream: Lemon sorbet recipe
To make a tasty LEMON sorbet with simple and natural ingredients you will only need the following ingredients:
– 200 Grams of lemon juice (FRESHLY PRESSED)
– 200 grams of sucrose (normal white sugar)
– 600 Grams of water
Squeeze the lemons and combine the juice with the pulp, taking care to remove the seeds, add water and sugar and blend or beat them with a whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved. Place in your ice cream maker and enjoy when ready.
